A beam topping ceremony was recently held at the construction site of the Caroline Kimmel Pavilion for Arts and Communication to celebrate the completion of the building’s structural framework.

The university will break ground on a new facility for the Klein College of Media and Communication and the Center for the Performing and Cinematic Arts later this spring. The project will then enter the construction phase, and it is expected to be open by the start of the fall 2027 semester.
