We offer weekly 30 or 45 minute lessons, plus 45 minute group classes every other week when appropriate and available, to students ages 3-8. To begin scheduling your first lesson, please fill out our online application to tell us your schedule availability, instrument, experience, and other preferences. Once this is completed we will contact you to schedule lessons with a teacher. All tuition payments are made online via your Temple account created when you complete this application and are billed in 8 lesson increments. 

For beginner students:

• To ensure your child's success, we guide parents every step of the way, often beginning with parent-only prep sessions and peer observations so you feel fully equipped to support your young musician at home.
• The first two lessons may be for parents only. Observation of lessons of other current students may be assigned based upon teacher recommendation. These "Parent Only" lessons and observations are essential components of a successful Suzuki learning experience.
• If your child is too young, it may be recommended that they go through our Suzuki Pre-Twinkle Class (below).

Pre-Twinkle Classes provide opportunities for young children (ages 3-5) and their caregivers to develop motor and language skills through musical activities and games.  This wonderful class begins a child's love of music and trains readiness for private instrumental music lessons on violin, guitar, or piano.

Through singing, instrumental explorations, and games, children are given a foundation for musical success. Set in a nurturing environment, children develop sensory awareness, as well as language, motor, creative, and social skills.

These classes are designed to:

• Inspire children to listen, feel, love, and move to music
• Build a supportive community by encouraging constructive social interactions with other children and their families
• Engage a child's imagination through songs and movement
• Be fun for kids and parents alike
• Increase children's focus and cognitive abilities

This is a scaffolding-structured course so each semester of this class builds on the last. Children may join the 10-week semester upon the start of the Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters, but those enrolled for longer periods will see more cumulative effects.

Upon completion of the course, students are encouraged to continue their musical studies through individual instrumental lessons, where they can further develop the skills gained in the class.

Students enrolled in the 20-week semester are eligible to receive 8 discounted lessons through Temple Music Prep at the rate of $35 per 30 minutes.
