The Boyer College of Music and Dance and BCM&D Records announce the inaugural BCM&D Album Competition. Open to Boyer College and School of Theater, Film and Media Arts students of all levels, the annual competition provides outstanding student performers the chance to compete to record a musical selection for release on BCM&D Records. Winning students will gain valuable industry experience, tangible portfolio assets and cash prizes.
 
Application materials, including teacher approval and a self-tape, are due by Friday, November 21. Competitors will be announced Monday, December 8 and the competition itself will take place on Friday, January 23. Recording sessions will follow on February 6, with an album release date set for Friday, April 3.
