Space Reservation Policies and Guidelines
Current students, faculty and staff can access Boyer College spaces in accordance with Temple University policies, procedures, and scheduling platforms. The guidelines below ensure organized and timely processing of space requests as well as equitable access to facilities designed to support our community and programs.
Per the University Policy on Space Management and Scheduling, “Temple spaces and facilities are primarily designated for instruction of Temple students in their academic programs, but may be used for other events (e.g., rehearsals, meetings, concerts).” Careful considerations have been made to ensure that these processes and procedures serve the unique needs of Boyer students and faculty as well as staff ability to effectively manage space requests beyond course-related assignments.
Beginning in Fall 2026, all Boyer music space requests (except practice rooms and modules) must be submitted via the form below and will be processed and confirmed through Temple’s primary space scheduling platform, 25Live. Below are instructions for checking availability and requesting space, as well as guidelines regarding specific requests.
