The links below will take you directly to the Room Reservation system, 25Live, to review availability for specific spaces (or Bookings for practice rooms and modules). The first time you visit 25Live, you may receive a "User does not have permissions" message. If you receive this message, please wait 48 hours for your access to be permissions to be updated. If after 24 hours you still do not have access to 25Live, please contact Kristen Gola. 

25Live is also accessible from TUportal by selecting "Room Request" under TUapplications. This tutorial video may be helpful in searching for a location on 25Live.

Practice Rooms and Modules

Practice rooms are small rehearsal rooms most suitable for individual practice. Most practice rooms have a piano, chair, music stand and mirror. Wenger practice modules contain sound-isolated systems.

Scheduling for practice rooms and modules is available through Bookings rather than 25Live.

Classrooms

Classrooms are more general use spaces, vary in size, and include a number of chairs, desks and tables, depending on the size of the  room. Each classroom is equipped with a chalkboard or whiteboard and a computer connection. 

Conference Room

The conference room can accommodate 10 guests and is equipped to connect devices to a computer monitor.

Music Studios

Music studios are used for lessons, small ensemble rehearsals, and individual practice.

Large Rehearsal Rooms

Large rehearsal rooms are suitable for large ensemble rehearsals and larger meetings and gatherings.
