First-Time Users

Below are the steps to access availability and submit a request.

1. Login to the room reservation system, 25Live. The first time you visit 25Live, you may receive a "user does not have permissions" message. If you receive this message, please allow 48 hours for your access permissions to be updated. If you still do not have access after 48 hours, please contact Kristen Gola ([click-for-email]).
2. Once you have access to 25Live, you may view room availability.
3. Once you know what room you'd like to reserve, please fill out the request form above. Please allow for 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.

Space Reservation Policies and Guidelines

Current students, faculty and staff can access Boyer College spaces in accordance with Temple University policies, procedures, and scheduling platforms. The guidelines below ensure organized and timely processing of space requests as well as equitable access to facilities designed to support our community and programs. 

Per the University Policy on Space Management and Scheduling, “Temple spaces and facilities are primarily designated for instruction of Temple students in their academic programs, but may be used for other events (e.g., rehearsals, meetings, concerts).” Careful considerations have been made to ensure that these processes and procedures serve the unique needs of Boyer students and faculty as well as staff ability to effectively manage space requests beyond course-related assignments.

Beginning in Fall 2026, all Boyer music space requests (except practice rooms and modules) must be submitted via the space request form and will be processed and confirmed through Temple’s primary space scheduling platform, 25Live. Below are instructions for checking availability and requesting space, as well as guidelines regarding specific requests.
